Bubbling, flowing, a crowd adored

Champagne, cocktails, hearts outpoured

The smiling sounds of people with their people

Of a true kind of kindness 

Of a blurred, blessed mess 

An inner circle of warmth, delight 

And all things right

Brought together and cherished forever 

A palpable perfect magic 

A luminescence of love

Old friends and new friends,

True friends that transcend

Feeling a feeling so unquestionable, 

wonderful, visceral and immeasurable

Of beautiful souls being made whole

Of gratitude and thanks declared

For these precious moments shared

A privilege they are for all who attend

Relishing every second, right to the end

So now we already can not wait 

For the next enchanting evening
